Window blinds generally are straight-forward to install but that’s if you have a home with perfect walls and aligned windows. Problems arise for a whole host of reasons but in this instance below
we had to really overcome a difficult challenge.
Our customer approached us about installing window blinds to two bay windows. They bay windows have a deep curve and the project was further complicated by the ceiling coving protruding into the window recess.
Our customer had been told by two other suppliers that it was not possible, however, it’s clear they didn’t want to take on any risk involved with the window blinds not fitting properly.
Before progressing the customer’s order and arranging installation we explained everything to make sure the customer fully understood the limitations and what we recommend. We had two made to measure curved tracks manufactured. We installed them and hung vertical louvres to complete the work.
We were not willing to let our customer down because the job appeared difficult but worked through the problem and achieved a solution that not only impressed our team but delighted our client.
