Terms and conditions

All the adverts for the NEW YEAR SALE/AFTER CHRISTMAS SALE are on our website, newspaper, magazines and social media platforms include a reference to ‘Terms and Conditions apply’ which are listed below, some offers may be specific to certain publications and have their own Terms and Conditions which may be in addition to those listed below and available in print in-store.

  • Some SALE offers state ‘key’ conditions that must be applied for the offer to be available – these ‘key’ conditions must apply to your order.
  • Only one offer applies to your order for one product, however, different products with different offers can be applied to your total order.
  • Orders including SALE offers must be placed and paid for in full between the SALE dates as advertised (unless otherwise stated).
  • All quotes based on SALE pricing expire on the the day of the SALE ending (this term overrides all other dates that may be provided from time to time).
  • A SALE offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Any SALE offer of a discount applies to a specific product only and does not apply to underlay, adhesive, plywood, fitting and delivery charges (unless otherwise stated).
  • Any offers that rely on purchases such as BUY ONE GET ONE 1/2 PRICE are only valid on purchases made at the same time of the main purchase.
  • Any refunds will take any SALE offer discounts into account (subject to refund policy).
  • Any additional flooring of the same SALE product ordered outside the SALE period will be subject to normal pricing.
  • SALE items have limited availability and can be very popular. We cannot guarantee availability of SALE items at any time.
  • An alternative SALE item may be substituted.
  • Any or all SALE offers may be changed and/or withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • SALE offers only available whilst stocks last/services are available.
  • Installation of a SALE product must be carried out within 4 weeks of purchase (unless otherwise agreed).
  • No cash alternative available.
