Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire (working throughout the UK)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced flooring installer to join our team.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials in commercial and residential properties across the UK.  We are looking for someone who is confident and skilled at installing various types of flooring, including carpet, vinyl, hardwood, and laminate.  You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their flooring needs are met and that the installation process is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Responsibilities:

 

– Install a variety of flooring materials, including carpet, vinyl, laminate, and hardwood, in commercial and residential properties

– Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the space

– Prepare the subfloor for installation

– Ensure that all installations are completed to a high standard and meet customer expectations

– Work with other members of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

– Maintain a clean and safe work environment

 

Requirements:

 

– Proven experience as a contract flooring installer

– Knowledge of a variety of flooring materials and installation techniques

– Ability to read and interpret floor plans and specifications

– Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

– A problem-solver and solution provider.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Full UK driving license
