Winder Carpets have used Facebook for a little time now but recently we’ve involved an online marketing specialist who has helped us get on to twitter and is now working on developing our online presence including branding, website and social media platforms.
Social media has changed the way everyone communicates and it is sensible that we embrace these platforms and start engaging with our customers and potential customers. Twitter and Facebook allow us to share information about our business, its staff and last minute offers as well as help people with questions about such things as measuring their room for a carpet, what is a popular choice of flooring or even a quote.
We’ll be taking part in forthcoming twitter hours #bradfordhour (Every Thursday 8-9pm) and #yorkshirehour (Every Wednesday 8-9pm) with the aim of becoming a strong business online and being available via several different communication platforms that may suit our customers.
