All the advert for this sale are within the December ’18/January ’19 publication of Here & Now Magazine(H&N) and may appear on social media platforms.  Terms and Conditions which are listed below and a copy of which is available in-store apply to all our special offers.

Three products are included in this sale Pennine Heathers 40oz wool mix carpet, Secret Affair man-made carpet and Amtico Spacia Luxury Vinyl Tile.

There is no need for the reader to physically exchange the advert to take advantage of the special offer but use the special offer code HNJAN19 

  • The special offer is only available on Pennine Heathers 40oz Wool Carpet, Secret Affair man-made carpet and Amtico Spacia Luxury Vinyl Tile.
  • This special offer includes 42oz felt underlay, gripper and installation for the carpet products and 5.5mm plywood/3mm screed sub-floor prep, adhesive and installation for Amitco Spacia product (installation is paid direct to installer).
  • Installation is not discounted and is calculated at £3.30/sqm subject to a minimum charge of £50 for flooring under 15.15sqm and £10 surcharge for a staircase for carpet products.
  • Installation is not discounted and is calculated at £18.00/sqm subject to a minimum charge of £80 for Amtico Spacia product.
  • The special offer code HNJAN19 must be quoted to the sales staff in store before placing an order.
  • The area requiring new flooring must be clear of existing flooring product and underlay.
  • Special offer orders must be placed between 27th December 2018 and 31st January 2019 inclusive.
  • This special offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Any additional flooring ordered outside the sale period will be subject to normal pricing.

  • Gripper rods installation on solid floor (not wood) is subject to an additional surcharge of £20 per room and £30/staircase (paid direct to installer).
